1. Cancellation Policy Before the Agreement Comes into Effect

1.1 Cancellation application submitted 14 days in advance

The security deposit will be forfeited, and the paid bond will be fully refunded.

The applicant is required to notify Dwell East End.

The security deposit will be used to pay the rent until the contract is terminated when payment can no longer be made, and the room will be re - allocated. The security deposit will be forfeited, and the applicant will not be allowed to reside at Dwell East End.

3.3 Dwell Village Melbourne City:

a) Full refund: Notify within 24 hours after visa rejection and submit the cancellation form within 14 days.

b) Partial refund: Submit the cancellation form within 13 days or less after visa rejection, with an additional management fee of USD 250.

c) Forfeiture: Submit the cancellation form after the agreement starts, and the security deposit and bond will be forfeited.

d) Unknown visa status: Notification is required. The security deposit will be used to pay the rent until the contract is terminated when payment can no longer be made, and the security deposit will be forfeited.
