Campus Perth is a brand - new luxury student apartment with an excellent geographical location. It is situated in the NORTHBRIDGE area, which is the core of Perth. The apartment is well - equipped, featuring facilities such as air - conditioning and a gym. The surrounding area offers convenient living and transportation, with supermarkets and restaurants nearby. The apartment provides 24 - hour CCTV security monitoring. It offers various room types, including TWODIO double rooms, Campus 4 where four students share a room, Cluster 6 which consists of single rooms for six students sharing a dining area (equipped with a fridge, microwave, toaster, and kettle) and a bathroom, and Studio rooms with independent bathrooms and dining areas. There is also a professional team in the apartment that organizes a variety of social activities for students, including English classes, cooking classes, yoga classes, movie nights, and dinners.
The apartment is equipped with a gym that includes aerobic equipment, dumbbells, boxing facilities, and a yoga room. There is a study room and a public leisure area. Each floor has a large public kitchen, and there is a rooftop terrace where you can have barbecues and parties in summer.

Acommodation rules
Cancellation policy Campus Perth:
I. Conditions for Penalty-Free Cancellation
(A) A student may cancel the tenancy agreement without penalty by giving written notice at least 30 calendar days before the start date of the agreement.
II. Liability for Cancellations within 30 Days
(B) If a student cancels the tenancy agreement within 30 days before the start date, the student shall be responsible for paying the rent until a replacement tenant is found. The Perth campus reserves the right to decide, at its sole discretion, to retain part or all of the rent paid in advance.
III. Cancellations Due to Non - Admission or Visa Rejection
(C) If a student cancels the agreement due to non - receipt of an admission notice or a student visa, the student must meet the following conditions:
Give written notice to the Perth campus at least 14 days before the start date of the tenancy agreement.
Attach written proof confirming the rejection of admission and/or visa.
Pay a management fee of $100.
IV. Non - Cancellation and Non - Refund Policy
(D) Tenancy agreements with a booking period of less than 90 days cannot be cancelled, and no refund will be provided.
Together Co - living Melbourne:
Cancellation and prepayment policies vary. If you cancel more than 30 days before the start date of the agreement, you can cancel your reservation without penalty, provided that you give written notice to TLC at least 30 calendar days in advance. If you cancel less than 30 days before the start date of the agreement, the prepaid rent may be withheld. If you cancel after the start of the agreement, the prepaid rent and deposit may be withheld.
The final interpretation of these policies shall rest with the apartment management.
