Cancellation policy

一、After signing the lease agreement

Cancellation is not allowed: Once you sign the lease agreement, you cannot cancel it.

Payment of rent: You are required to pay the full rent as stipulated in the contract.

二、Leaving early

Responsibility for rent: If you leave before the contract expires, you still need to pay the remaining rent.

Finding a replacement tenant:

If you can find a replacement tenant and they sign a new contract, we may release you from your contract. However, you will be required to pay a £250 management fee and any possible third - party fees. The refund will be made after the replacement tenant moves in.

No replacement tenant: If you cannot find a replacement tenant, you need to pay the full rent until the end of the contract.

The final interpretation right belongs to the apartment.
