Acommodation rules
Cancellation policy 1. Cancellation Rights and Time Limits:
You have the right to cancel the contract in writing within 7 days from the date of online booking.
After 7 days or upon acceptance of the online rental agreement, there is no "cooling - off period", and the refundable deposit will not be refunded.
2. Cancellation of Renewal Booking:
If you choose to cancel the renewal booking, the refundable deposit will be retained.
If the payment has not been made at the time of cancellation, an early termination fee will be charged.
3. Responsibilities after Accepting the Rental Agreement:
You are fully responsible for the rent until a new tenant is found and accepts the contract.
4. Early Termination Fee:
After the tenant accepts the rental agreement, the following fees shall be paid:
Before April 24, 2025: One - week's rent.
From April 24, 2025: £400 (if the booking is cancelled due to the tenant's reasons).
The apartment has the right to retain part or all of the £400 deposit to cover the cancellation fee.
5. Consumer Cancellation Rights:
The cancellation period is 7 days after online booking, and the required written information must be received.
When providing guarantor information, please ensure that the guarantor is located in England (including the Isle of Wight or the Isle of Man), Wales, or the Channel Islands; otherwise, the right to a refund may be invalid.
The final interpretation right belongs to the apartment.
