Iconinc Brand's Cancellation Policy
Reservation Fees: A £150 deposit (which can be deducted from the first - term rent) and a £500 security deposit (for Triangle apartment building: £250) are required. The security deposit will be refunded if there is no damage to the room.
Cancellation and Refund:
Deposit Refund Rules for the £150 Deposit
1. Refundable Situations: If the contract cannot be completed due to the landlord's reasons, the deposit will be refunded within 15 days.
2. Non - refundable Situations:
- No legal eligibility to rent
- Providing false or misleading information
- Voluntarily withdrawing from the reservation
- Failing to complete the application process within 15 days. Once the reservation is completed, cancellation is non - refundable, non - modifiable, and non - transferable.
After the contract comes into effect, the tenant must find a replacement tenant to terminate the contract:
- The replacement tenant must assume full rent liability;
- Otherwise, the tenant must continue to fulfill the contract obligations.
