1. Classification of Cancellation Policies

- Cancellation more than 19 weeks before the start of the tenancy

1.2 Cancellation during the Agreement Period
- You need to find a replacement tenant; otherwise, you are still required to pay the full fees until the end of the agreement.

2.1 Early Check-out
- You need to give written notice of the check-out date at least 5 days in advance.
- If no replacement tenant is found: You can re-occupy the room, but you are still required to pay the fees.
- If a replacement tenant is found: The original tenant has no right to re-occupy the room.
2.2 Fee Liability
- For early check-out, you are still required to pay the fees until the end of the agreement period.
- Late payment will incur an interest of 3% + the Bank of England base rate, and a late payment charge will be calculated on a daily basis.
