What is the cancellation policy?
We offer a 14-day "cooling-off period" for all bookings. During this period, all payments made will be fully refunded. For the specific cancellation details of your booking, please refer to your tenancy agreement or the agreement sample for the corresponding room type on our official website.
What happens if I terminate my lease early?
If you decide to terminate your lease early, you will still be responsible for the rent for the entire lease term. However, if you can find a suitable replacement tenant, you may terminate the lease. According to the terms of the tenancy agreement, a refund will only be processed if a suitable replacement tenant is found.
The final interpretation of this policy shall rest with the apartment management.
