Shared Living Area Amenities: Induction cooktop, microwave, central air conditioning, refrigerator, oven, range hood, etc. Adequate for typical student cooking needs. The refrigerator is approximately 1.5m tall, with sufficient冷藏 (cooling) and冷冻 (freezing) space for two people. Ample cupboard storage is also provided.
Building Features & Community
The building organizes monthly events including, but not limited to, cat cafe visits, baking, hiking, rock climbing, movie nights, soccer, etc. Most events are free, with a small fee for some. Remember to cancel your reservation if you cannot attend, as a no-show may incur a fee of approximately $20 AUD.

1. Requirements for Cancellation Applications

Applicability: The following policies only apply to cancellations before the lease start date. Cancellations after the lease takes effect will be handled according to the lease terms.
New South Wales (NSW)
- Holding Deposit: One week's rent.
- Cooling-off Period: 48 hours after the deposit payment or the lease start date, whichever is earlier.
- Cancellation within the cooling-off period: The full deposit will be refunded.
- Cancellation after the cooling-off period: The deposit will be deducted, and the remaining fees will be refunded.
- You must sign the lease agreement before check-in. The deposit will be used to offset the first - month rent.
- If you fail to sign the lease on time, the deposit will not be refunded.
Queensland (QLD)
- Holding Deposit: One week's rent.
- Cooling-off Period: 48 hours after the deposit payment or the lease start date, whichever is earlier.
- Cancellation within the cooling-off period: The full deposit will be refunded.
- Cancellation after the cooling-off period: The deposit will be deducted, and the remaining fees will be refunded.
- After paying the deposit, you need to sign the lease agreement within the required time frame. The holding deposit will form part of the rental bond.

Victoria (VIC)
- Holding Deposit: One week's rent.

3. Full Refunds in Special Circumstances

- Provide written notice at least 3 days in advance.
- Submit a completed Refund Form and relevant supporting documents.
4. Situations Where the Apartment Management Cancels the Reservation
Scape reserves the right to cancel a reservation and not refund the deposit in the following situations:
- Providing false or misleading information.
- Failing to comply with the reservation terms (e.g., not providing required documents or making payments on time).
5. Refund Processing
- Refund method: Bank transfer (International transfers may incur fees).
- Processing time: As required by state laws or within a "reasonable period" (usually no more than 30 days).
