Free cancellation within 14 days
- If you cancel your online reservation within 14 days after submitting it and have not signed the tenancy agreement, the holding deposit will be fully refunded.
Deposit retention after 14 days
- If you cancel your online reservation more than 14 days after submission and have not signed the tenancy agreement, CityBlock will retain the holding deposit to cover reasonable costs.
Deposit conversion after signing the contract
- If you sign the formal tenancy agreement:
