Vienna's Brigittenau Student Residence offers meticulously designed all-inclusive services, where individuals from over 60 countries live under one roof in 632 fully furnished and renovated single rooms, double rooms, and more luxurious FIZZ+ apartments.

In the common areas of the residence, on the rooftop terrace with 360° views, or in the onsite fitness room, you can meet young people from around the world while cooking or playing music. Gym membership is included in the rent.

You can play foosball and pool with friends in the common game room. The residence also has a gym where you can work out. On the 8th floor, there is a large rooftop terrace where you can enjoy the sun and admire Vienna's beautiful scenery with friends. The residence also features a music room for creating music, and a movie lounge where you can watch large-format films almost like in a cinema. Study rooms are provided for your academic needs. You can rent a parking space for your car in the underground garage (independent of the rental contract; cancellable up to 4 weeks before the end of the month). You can securely park your bicycle in a lockable bicycle cellar. The residence offers free loan of household items such as vacuum cleaners, irons and ironing boards, clothes racks, board games, etc. During business hours, you can collect your express parcels at the front desk. The laundry room in the basement allows you to wash and dry clothes 24/7 without leaving the building (for a fee). All common areas are under video surveillance. Security services are on duty in the evenings and on weekends. Our staff are trained in first aid and fire prevention to respond correctly and quickly in emergencies. Our common areas, study rooms, fitness room, movie and game zones, community kitchens, and outdoor spaces have been upgraded and renovated in compliance with current regulations.

The residence is located in Vienna's 20th district, with convenient access to trams and buses for nearby schools, as well as a train station for easy travel.
