THE FIZZ Prague offers a total of 539 single rooms and double rooms, with room sizes ranging from 13 to 31 square meters.and double rooms.On the 7th floor of the apartment building, there is a common lounge area (including a study room, game zone, movie lounge, and shared kitchen).

The residence provides a study room for academic work. It also features a movie lounge where you can enjoy large-format films, almost like being in a cinema. Additionally, there is a game zone where you can play table football, billiards, and other games with friends. You can rent a parking space for your car in the underground garage (separate from the rental contract; cancellable with a notice period of three months to the end of the month). Bicycles can be stored in a locked bike cellar. The apartment offers free borrowing of household items such as vacuum cleaners, irons and ironing boards, PlayStation consoles, or board games. During business hours, you can collect your快递 packages at the front desk. The laundry room in the basement is available 24/7 for washing and drying (fee applies). All common areas are under video surveillance. Security services are on duty during evenings and weekends.
