Replacement Tenant
- Successful Finding of a Replacement: If you find a suitable replacement tenant who signs a full contract, pays the rent, and moves in, you will be released from your contract. A £75 administration fee will be deducted from your refund.
- Failure to Find a Replacement: If a replacement tenant is not found, you remain liable for the full rent for the entire contract period.
Early Termination
- Mutual Agreement: Early termination is only considered under exceptional circumstances, subject to management approval, and may incur additional fees.
