What happens if I terminate my lease early?
If you decide to terminate your lease early, you will still be responsible for the rent for the entire lease term. However, if you can find a suitable replacement tenant, you may terminate the lease. According to the terms of the tenancy agreement, a refund will only be processed if a suitable replacement tenant is found.
The final interpretation of this policy shall rest with the apartment management.
