3. Other Important Clauses
- Scope of Liability: If none of the above cancellation conditions are met, the tenant shall continue to pay all the fees for the entire contract period.
- Refund Process: For those who meet the conditions, the deposit and rent will be refunded after the application is approved.
- Fees for Occupied Rooms: If the contract has come into effect and the tenant has moved in, a £50 cleaning fee shall be paid when canceling the contract, and the fees shall be settled according to the actual number of days of occupancy.
The final interpretation of this policy shall rest with the apartment management.
