Cancellation policy 1. Unsubscription Conditions:
You need to find a suitable replacement. The replacement must be a full - time undergraduate student aged 18 or above and enrolled in a nearby university.
The replacement is required to sign a new tenancy agreement with us and pay all due amounts.
If necessary, the replacement should provide a guarantor, and the guarantor must accept the terms of the tenancy agreement.
2. Timeframe and Amount:
The security deposit will not be refunded.
The original tenant can only leave after the replacement has completed the processes of taking over the room, signing the agreement, making the payment, and moving in. There will be no refund before that.
3. Responsibilities and Fees:
If the original tenant fails to find a replacement to take over the lease, they will be responsible for paying the full rent until the end of the lease term.
4. Materials to be Submitted:
The replacement's identification, student certificate, and guarantor information (if required).
The tenancy agreement signed by the replacement and relevant payment receipts.
The final interpretation right belongs to the apartment.
