Cancellation policy

一、STRATA BUILDINGS VICTORIA & STRATA BUILDINGS WELLINGTON, NEW ZEALAND

1. Cancellations without Penalty:

Failure to meet the student identity requirements.

Inability to legally enter the host country (Australia or New Zealand).

Inability to enter due to border closures or restrictions.

Flight cancellations: The lease start date may be adjusted. Depending on the length of the delay, there may be financial penalties. Please contact the hotel directly.

2. Cancellations with Penalty:

Providing false or misleading information.

Failing to pay the security deposit or rent in advance.

Failing to sign the residential tenancy agreement.

Changing your mind.

Fee processing: Refundable fees will be processed within 14 days after the refund is completed.

二、No Visa No Pay:

1. Applicable Situations:

Failure to obtain an Australian study visa before the lease start date.

Cancellation after the lease start date due to visa non - approval.

2. Operating Procedures:

Submit a written email requesting cancellation, attaching the notice of visa refusal from the Department of Home Affairs. This must be completed within 24 hours of receiving the notice.

If cancelled before the lease start, you will receive a formal notice that the tenancy agreement is cancelled without penalty.

If cancelled after the lease start, the property manager will consider the request to terminate the lease and inform you of the result.

Applicable apartments: Specific apartments under UniLodge, including UniLodge@Metro Adelaide, UniLodge South Bank, etc.

Valid until the specified date.

Note: The cancellation policies of each apartment building vary. Please consult the advisor and the official website for details.

The final interpretation right belongs to the apartment.
