Visa rejection before August 1, 2025 (GMT 00:00): Please contact the apartment within 48 hours of receiving the visa rejection letter and provide the relevant supporting documents. After verification, the prepaid rent and deposit will be fully refunded.

Visa rejection after August 1, 2025: Please contact the apartment within 48 hours after the official notification and provide the visa rejection certificate. You can sublet the apartment as stipulated in the contract, and the apartment will waive the subletting handling fee.

II. Applicable Conditions:

The visa is rejected due to reasons other than the tenant's own fault.

The tenant has signed a formal contract, paid the rent and deposit on time, and there is no overdue payment.

The lease term starts after September 1, 2025.

The tenant has not collected the keys yet.

III. Rules for Changing the Booking City:

Applicable population: All applicants for the 2025/2026 academic year.

Application time: Applications for cross - city room changes can be made before August 1, 2025 (excluding this date).

Number of times and fees: Only one chance to change the city is allowed, and a handling fee of £50 is required.

Availability of housing: Cross - city booking changes will be provided when there are available rooms in the target city; otherwise, subletting is required.
