Cancellation policy

1. If the tenant violates any terms of the lease agreement, the apartment management has the right to terminate the contract after giving the tenant a 7 - day written termination notice. All prepaid款项 (assuming you mean "payments") will not be refunded.

2. The apartment management reserves the right to unilaterally terminate the lease agreement before its expiration date by issuing a 30 - day written notice to the tenant. In this case, all prepaid payments will be refunded, but no additional compensation will be provided.

3. The tenant shall not terminate the lease before the expiration of the lease term. Otherwise, the tenant shall pay compensation to the lessor, and the compensation amount shall be equivalent to the rent for the remaining lease term. All prepaid payments will not be refunded. With the consent of the apartment management, the tenant may transfer the right of lease to another tenant until the agreed termination date.

4. If the tenant wishes to renew the lease, they must notify the apartment management in writing at least three months before the expiration of the current lease term. After receiving this notice, the apartment management may decide at its own discretion whether to grant an extension of the lease term to the tenant.
