This is a fully-rented three-bedroom apartment. One bedroom has a bunk bed with a double mattress on the lower level. The whole flat accommodates 3–4 people. One all-inclusive rent covers everything: management fees, agency charges, monthly professional cleaning, Wi-Fi, water, and electricity (up to HK$1,000 per month). Any electricity consumed above the HK$1,000 cap is charged separately.
