This is a fully-furnished four-bedroom flat, spotlessly clean and equipped with high-speed wired and Wi-Fi internet. On arrival you will find towels, shower gel, toothpaste, toothbrushes and other toiletries ready for use; each bedroom is supplied with pillows, pillowcases, mattresses, mattress protectors and blankets. A cleaner services the living room, kitchen and bathrooms on a regular schedule, and each month we restock bathroom and kitchen consumables such as shower gel, shampoo, hand soap, toilet paper, toothpaste, laundry detergent and rubbish bags.

Monthly internet is already included in the rent. In addition, the first HK$1,000 of electricity, water and gas is covered every month. The one-time rent payment covers every outgoing: management fees, administrative charges, cleaning, internet, utilities, bathroom supplies and even basic beverages. Any electricity consumption above HK$1,000 in a single month will be billed separately.

On check-in, the bathroom contains: shower gel, shampoo, toothpaste, toothbrushes and towels—literally just bring your suitcase. The bedroom contains: pillows, pillowcases, mattresses, mattress protectors and blankets (all brand-new from IKEA Hong Kong—again, just bring your suitcase). Every month the living room, kitchen and bathrooms are cleaned by our staff, and we replenish bathroom and kitchen supplies (shower gel, shampoo, hand soap, toilet paper, toothpaste, laundry detergent and rubbish bags).
