1. Cancellation During Cooling-Off Period (Within 7 Days)

- Refund: If you cancel within these 7 days, your full advance rental payment will be refunded, and you will be released from all contractual obligations.
- Method: Cancellation must be requested in writing via email.
2. Cancellation After Cooling-Off Period (After 7 Days)
- Obligation: You are generally still bound by the terms of the tenancy agreement.
- Exceptional Circumstances (Proof required):
Requirements:
- For visa/academic results issues: Supporting evidence must be submitted within 72 hours of notification. If approved, your advance payment and first rental installment will be refunded.
- For special circumstances: Supporting evidence must be submitted. Approval of the cancellation request is not guaranteed and will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
- Failure to submit proof on time: The advance rent will be non-refundable, and you will remain liable for the contract.
3. Cancellation After Key Collection or Tenancy Start Date
- Obligation: You cannot unilaterally cancel the contract. You are liable for the full rent unless a replacement tenant is found.
