Cancellation policy

Below is a summary and overview of the apartment cancellation policy. The policy is subject to real-time changes, so please refer to the official website and the contract for the most up-to-date information.

  • If you initiate a cancellation after paying a £250 deposit, the deposit will not be refunded.
  • If you fail to pay the first installment on time, the order will be cancelled and the deposit will not be refunded.
  • If you cancel more than 6 weeks before the start of the lease term, you will be charged a £250 deposit plus a £250 service fee.
  • If you cancel within 6 weeks or less before the start of the lease term, you will be charged a £250 deposit, a £250 service fee, and 6 weeks' rent.
  • After the lease term has started, the contract cannot be cancelled, and no refund will be given for the payments made.
  • Special Clause: No Visa No Pay (Before 14 days from the start of the lease term, with an official visa refusal notice issued by the UK Immigration Office, you must submit an email to cancel the reservation within 3 working days after receiving the visa refusal decision. You can apply for a refund of all fees except the deposit.
