The apartment is a fully-furnished three-bedroom flat in central Hong Kong, a short walk from Prince Edward MTR station; most parts of the city are reachable within an hour.

One lump-sum rent covers everything: property management, agency fees, cleaning, Wi-Fi, water, and electricity (up to HK$1,000 per month). If the monthly bill exceeds HK$1,000, the difference is charged separately. In short, the rent includes all basic housing costs, so there are no surprise expenses.

Provided on arrival:

Bathroom on move-in day: body wash, shampoo, toothpaste, toothbrush, towels (just bring your suitcase). Monthly restock in the living room, kitchen and bathroom: a cleaner visits each month and replenishes toiletries and kitchen consumables—body wash, shampoo, hand soap, toilet paper, toothpaste, laundry detergent and rubbish bags.
