Cancellation policy

Below is a summary and overview of the apartment cancellation policy. Please note that policies are subject to change in real-time; always refer to the official website and your contract for the most current information.

  • If you cancel after paying the £250 deposit, the deposit will not be refunded.
  • If the first instalment is not paid by the due date, the booking will be cancelled and the deposit will not be refunded.
  • Cancellation more than 6 weeks before the tenancy start date: You will be charged the £250 deposit + a £250 administration fee.
  • Cancellation 6 weeks or less before the tenancy start date: You will be charged the £250 deposit + a £250 administration fee + 6 weeks' rent.
  • After the tenancy start date: The tenancy agreement cannot be cancelled, and no payments will be refunded.
  • Special Clause: No Visa No Pay (If you provide an official visa refusal letter from UK Visas and Immigration more than 14 days before the tenancy start date, and submit your cancellation request via email within 3 working days of receiving the refusal, you may be eligible for a full refund of all fees except the deposit. This clause does not apply to cancellations made within 2 weeks of the tenancy start date.)
