1.1 There is a 14 - day cooling - off period after submitting a reservation. During the cooling - off period, you can cancel the reservation without liability. You just need to submit a written cancellation application to the apartment, and the apartment will refund the full amount of the deposit you have paid.
1.2 If the time until the contract start date is less than 14 days, you can cancel the reservation without liability within 14 days after making the reservation or within 14 days from the reservation time to the actual check - in time.
1.3 If you cancel the reservation more than 14 days after making it (before August 1st), the deposit you have paid will not be refunded.
2.1 After the contract starts, if the applicant fails to check in within 7 days, the apartment will notify the applicant in writing and may terminate the agreement at any time. The deposit paid by the applicant will not be refunded, and the applicant will be required to continue to fulfill the contract terms until a tenant is found and the reservation is successfully completed, then the contract can be terminated.
