- 提交预订后，学生有5天的时间（从8月5日起，为3天）考虑是否接受offer，如接受，需在5天内完成以下步骤：
- 学生与担保人签署合同
- 支付£250预付款（仅限英格兰地区，苏格兰无需支付）
- 逾期未完成，预订自动失效，需重新申请（不保证原房型或价格）。
冷静期（Cooling Off Period）
- 7天无责退订：签约确认邮件发出后7日内（Wales地区除外），未领取钥匙前可书面取消，全额退还押金/预付租金。
冷静期后取消条件
仅限以下三种情况可免除剩余租金责任，且均需在租期起始年度的8月31日之前且在收到结果的7个日历日内提交证明（12月或1月开始的租期，则需在1月15日之前提交证明）：
No Place No Pay（未录取，仅适用大一新生）
- 需提供大学官方拒信或课程取消证明。
- 政策适用范围限制：如果学生决定不接受大学录取、撤回大学申请或最终决定不来英国，则NPNP取消政策不适用。在这些情况下，将遵循供应商的标准取消政策，并需要更换租户。
No Visa No Pay（签证被拒）
- 收到拒签信后7日内提交签证拒信扫描件，审核通过后退还押金及预付款。
No ATAS No Pay（ATAS证书被拒）
- 适用于需ATAS证书的特定学科学生，收到拒信后7日内提交证明，审核通过后退款。
租客替换政策
租期开始前
- 学生可提议新租客，但公寓管理方有权决定：
a. 接受新租客并签署合同
b. 将房间重新公开销售
c. 分配给候补名单学生
责任解除
- 上述任一情况发生7日后，原学生租约解除。
- 注意：若未成功替换，学生仍需承担租金。
租期开始后：
- 若找到替代租客，自新租约生效日起解除原合同
- 若已入住过房间，需支付£50房间准备费
最终解释权归公寓所有
