- Time Limit: Submit within 48 hours after receiving the refusal letter.
No Place No Pay
- Condition: Failure to meet the university's admission requirements.
- Required Documents: A university rejection letter or proof of insufficient grades.
- Time Limit: Submit within 48 hours after receiving the proof.
No Placement No Pay
- Condition: Failure to secure an internship position during the internship year or the internship location does not match the booked city.
- Required Documents: A proof of internship failure or a notice of a new internship location in a different city.
- Time Limit: Submit within 48 hours after receiving the proof.
※ Common Rules
- The documents must be sent to the designated email address. If not submitted on time, the lower amount between
the prepaid rentandone week's rentwill be deducted as the cancellation fee.
II. Regular Cancellation Policy
Contract Binding
- After signing the license agreement, the full rent must be paid, and the contract cannot be terminated at will.
Early Termination Process
- You need to actively contact the apartment management. Whether a refund can be issued depends on:
✓ The cancellation time
✓ Whether there is a replacement tenant - Refund Condition: If a new tenant is found and they complete the booking confirmation and pay the first - installment rent, the remaining prepaid rent will be refunded.
Subletting Fee (only applicable in England)
- If the apartment helps find a new tenant, a re - licensing fee is required (specific terms need to be requested separately).
Cancellation Policy in England
Pre - payment Deduction Rule
- If you cancel after paying the prepaid rent and being allocated a room:
➢ The non - refundable amount is the lower value between the prepaid rent and one week's license fee. - The remaining amount (if any) can be refunded.
Responsibility after the Agreement Takes Effect
- If both parties have signed the license agreement:
