Cancellation policy ⚠️ Important Legal Statement

- Once paid, the deposit equivalent to one week's rent will never be refunded regardless of the reason for cancellation (including visa rejection, serious illness, academic changes, etc.).
- The only exception: It can be deducted from the first - term rent upon normal check - in.
II. Graded Notification of Cancellation Consequences
Cancellation before Check - in - The deposit will be 100% lost.
• Other prepayments* can be partially refunded upon application (after deducting the administrative fees charged by the apartment, the amount of which is unspecified).
Cancellation after Check - in
• Deposit + all prepayments: Pay the penalty according to the rental contract.
• Continue to bear the rent for the contract period: No unilateral right to terminate the contract.
*Note: Prepayments refer to fees such as additional rent paid other than the deposit.
III. Special Clauses (Common Misunderstandings among Students)
- "Special Circumstances" ≠ Refund: Even if you provide a visa rejection letter or a hospital certificate, the deposit will not be refunded (only the prepayments other than the deposit may be refunded).
- "Case - by - case Review" Does Not Guarantee Results: The apartment has the final right of interpretation, and the platform cannot interfere with the review results.
