  1. Once an Offer is accepted and the deposit is paid, the booking is confirmed. The Tenancy Agreement is a legally binding contract. After signing, tenants are responsible for the full rental period.
  2. Cooling Off Period: Tenants may cancel without penalty within 7 calendar days of booking confirmation. The full deposit will be refunded (processing may take several weeks).

Cancellation Policy Categories

1. Cancellation During Cooling Off Period (Within 7 Days)

  • Conditions: Cancellation request must be submitted within 7 calendar days of booking confirmation.
  • Refund: Full deposit refund.

2. Cancellation After Cooling Off Period

  • Obligation: Tenants must continue paying rent until a replacement tenant is found or the tenancy ends.

Ireland-Specific Cancellation Policy
