Cancellation Policy Categories

1. Cancellation During Cooling Off Period (Within 7 Days)

  • Conditions: Cancellation request must be submitted within 7 calendar days of booking confirmation.
  • Refund: Full deposit refund.

2. Cancellation After Cooling Off Period

  • Obligation: Tenants must continue paying rent until a replacement tenant is found or the tenancy ends.
