- Finding a Replacement Tenant: The tenant must find a qualified student to take over the remaining lease term (a new contract needs to be signed).
- Payment of Administrative Fees: A £50 administrative fee is required. Refunds will only be processed after the new tenant has signed the contract, made the payment, and moved in. If no replacement tenant is found, the original tenant is responsible for paying the full rent until the end of the contract.
Post - Occupancy Cancellation Process
