You can find a replacement tenant on your own (subject to full approval from the apartment management).
If the replacement tenant is approved:
▪ The contract will be terminated.
▪ You will receive a refund of the fees after deducting the prepayment.
3. Cancellations Due to University Rejection (Valid until July 31, 2025)
- Conditions:
This applies only to applicants who have not been admitted to their target universities in London.
You need to submit an official university rejection letter. - Outcome:
▪ The contract will be terminated.
▪ You will receive a refund of the fees after deducting the prepayment. - Deadline: Applications for cancellations due to university rejection will no longer be accepted after July 31, 2025.
4. Cancellations Due to Visa Rejection
- Time Limit: You must submit the cancellation application within 48 hours after receiving the visa rejection notice.
- Required Documents:
An official visa rejection letter.
An official document stating the cancellation of your course. - Outcome:
▪ The contract will be terminated.
▪ You will receive a refund after deducting the prepayment.
