1. Cancellation During Cooling-Off Period (Within 7 Days)
- Policy: A 7-day cooling-off period begins after we receive your advance rent payment.
- Refund: If you cancel within these 7 days, your full advance rent payment will be refunded, and you will be released from all contractual obligations.
- Method: Cancellation must be requested in writing via email.
2. Cancellation After Cooling-Off Period (After 7 Days)
- Obligation: You are generally still bound by the terms of the tenancy agreement.
- Exemptions (Proof required):
Requirements:
- Visa/Academic Results: Supporting documentation must be submitted within 72 hours of receiving the official decision. If approved, your advance rent and first rental installment will be refunded.
- Exceptional Circumstances: Supporting documentation must be submitted. However, approval of the cancellation request is not guaranteed and will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
- Failure to Submit Proof on Time: The advance rent will be forfeited, and you will remain liable for the full contract term.
3. Cancellation After Key Collection or Tenancy Start Date
- Obligation: You cannot unilaterally cancel the contract. You are liable for the full rent unless a replacement tenant is found.
