**The Trees** is one of the most popular student villages in Hull. The community consists of seven three-story apartment buildings. The apartments offer ensuite suites with shared kitchens for 3 - 6 people, as well as non-ensuite suites with shared kitchens for 3 - 5 people. Among them, the 5-person suites come with 2 bathrooms.
The apartments are only rented to students of the University of Hull. Most of the students living in are sophomores, juniors and postgraduate students. The apartments also employ Chinese administrators to provide better services for Chinese students.
The apartments have security locks, 24-hour monitoring in public areas, maintenance staff available during working hours on weekdays, 24-hour hotline service, high-speed wireless internet, a parking lot, a washing machine and dryer in each suite, and the rooms are equipped with 3/4 beds, desks, chairs, wardrobes and bedside tables.
**The Trees** is located in a popular student聚居区 (可替换为“residential area”) of the University of Hull. Life around is very convenient, with many supermarkets and restaurants. There is a bus stop right at the door that can take you to the city center, and it only takes 9 minutes to walk to the University of Hull. It takes about 13 minutes to walk to the Hull Business School.

Cancellation policy 1. No Cooling-off Period:
If you wish to terminate your rental contract with the apartment, you must sublet your room on your own.
2. Special Termination Situations:
- Visa rejection
- Failure to obtain a university admission notice
- The university switches to online teaching
In the above special situations, you are required to submit the corresponding documents to the apartment immediately upon receiving the relevant notice and clearly express your intention to cancel the reservation. After verifying the documents are correct, the apartment will immediately terminate the rental contract with you and refund in full the deposit and rent you have paid.
The final interpretation right belongs to the apartment.
