1. Scope of Application for Cancellation

Regardless of whether you areafter signing the contract but not yet moved - inoralready moved - inif you want to terminate the lease term early, you need to comply with this cancellation policy; if you do not meet the policy conditions, you are responsible for paying the full rent for the contract period.2. Core Requirements for Cancellation: Complete the 'Tenancy Takeover'You need to find a substitute tenant who meets all the conditions and complete the tenancy takeover to release your lease liability:

1. The substitute tenant needs to meet the following requirements:

Be at least 18 years old;

Be a full - time student at a university near the apartment;

Sign a contract for the remaining term of your lease and settle all the payable fees in the contract;
Provide a guarantor as required (if reasonable), and the guarantor needs to accept all the terms of the lease.2. Key Time Nodes: The tenancy takeover needs to complete all processes within 7 days after being initiated; if it is not completed within 7 days, you are still responsible for the lease of this apartment.3. Fees and Refund Rules
You need to pay the corresponding administrative fee for cancellation;Refund Conditions:Refunds will only be available after the substitute tenant has completed all of the following operations:
Sign the lease contract for the remaining lease term;

Settle all the payable fees in the contract;Actually move into the apartment.4. Special Scenarios: Not Admitted to the Target University (Only Applicable to Freshman Undergraduate Prospective Students)

If you are a freshman undergraduate prospective student and your offer from the target institution has been withdrawn, you need to meet the following conditions simultaneously to apply for cancellation:

Provide a written rejection letter from the target institution;
(If you have been admitted to another institution) Provide the admission notice of the new institution;Find a substitute tenant who meets the 'Tenancy Takeover' conditions (the requirements are the same as item 1 in part 2).Liability Exemption and Official Reference
