Cancellation policy Iglu Flagstaff Station (Flagstaff Gardens) Cancellation / Refund Policy
I. Before Signing the Contract (Before Signing the Rental Contract)
Pay a 1 - week deposit to lock the room, and a 14 - day consideration period is reserved.
Cancel in writing (by email) within 14 days: The 1 - week deposit will be fully refunded.
If not signed within 14 days: The apartment can cancel the reservation and fully refund the deposit.
II. After Signing the Contract (After Signing the Contract)
1. Standard Cancellation (Personal Reasons)
A 4 - week rent needs to be paid as a cancellation fee.
2. Special Waivers: No Visa, No Offer, No Pay (Free Cancellation in Case of No Visa / No Admission)
Applicable Situations: Visa is rejected or no university admission is obtained.
Conditions:
Submit a written application at least 21 days before the contract starts.
Provide a visa - rejection letter / non - admission certificate.
Result: Free cancellation and full refund.
3. Visa Delay Handling
Contact the apartment 30 days before the contract starts, and a move - in extension (only once) can be negotiated.
If canceling after the extension: The waiver will no longer be applicable, and a 4 - week cancellation fee needs to be paid.
4. Mid - term Rent Withdrawal
In principle, the lease term needs to be fulfilled.
You can find a substitute tenant by yourself / entrust the apartment to find one; usually only a 1 - 2 - week rent is paid as a transfer fee after success.
