Handling of Special Situations
A. Medical Reasons
- Condition: You are unable to continue your studies due to a pre - declared medical problem before signing the contract.

- Responsibility: You are required to pay at least 4 weeks' rent or the current rent cycle fee (whichever is longer).
B. Sensitive/Special Cases
- Procedure: Submit a written application and supporting materials to the Special Conditions Committee.
- Processing Time: Approximately 10 working days (the final decision is non - appealable).
