Cancellation policy

Applicability InstructionsThis policy combines the 'General Cancellation Policy' and the 'International Student Cancellation Policy' on the apartment's official website. I. Booking Stage (Only Applicable to International Students)

  1. Booking Confirmation Time LimitAfter the booking is submitted, the student and the guarantor are required to complete the contract confirmation and prepayment of the rent (a prepayment of £250 is required in England, and there is no prepayment requirement in Scotland) within 5 days. The booking will expire if overdue. If re - booking is required, the original room type/price cannot be guaranteed.II. Cooling - Off PeriodGeneral Rules (Applicable to All Students)

Time Limit

Within 7 days after receiving the booking completion confirmation email (students in the Welsh region need to contact the apartment separately as the cooling - off period rules are different).

  1. Cancellation ConditionsThe apartment key has not been collected.Operation MethodSubmit a written application/cancellation form.
  2. LiabilityNo fees, and the deposit/prepaid rent will be fully refunded.
