Cancellation policy

Below is a summary of the apartment cancellation policy. Please note that the policy is subject to real-time changes, so please refer to the official website and the contract for the most up-to-date information.


We offer a 5-day "cooling-off period". This means that as long as you haven't moved in, you can cancel your reservation within 5 days after signing the tenancy agreement if you need to.


If you need to cancel your reservation after the cooling-off period, we will approve the cancellation under certain circumstances, such as if your UK visa is rejected or you fail to meet the admission requirements of your chosen university. Please make sure to send the relevant supporting documents to us within 72 hours after receiving the notice from UCAS (Universities and Colleges Admissions Service) or the visa rejection document.


If you find a replacement tenant who meets the eligibility criteria for the property, you can transfer your lease obligations to them. We will conduct a qualification review to confirm the eligibility of the replacement tenant. After all the procedures are completed, the replacement tenant will take over the tenancy agreement.


The final interpretation of this policy shall rest with the apartment.
