Acommodation rules
Cancellation policy 1. Deposit Amount:
Each tenant is required to pay a deposit of £750.00 when submitting the booking form.
2. Handling of Students Who Have Paid Rent but Cannot Start the Lease:
The student needs to go through the sub - letting process, and the apartment will provide assistance.
3. Cooling - off Period:
It is 7 days before June 10th and 48 hours after June 10th.
4. Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations can be made free of charge within the cooling - off period. Outside the cooling - off period, the tenant will forfeit the deposit and cancel the booking through the sub - letting form.
5. Refund of Deposit for Cancellations Before the Cooling - off Period:
If the booking is cancelled within the cooling - off period, the full deposit will be refunded.
6. Handling of Deposit in Case of Sub - letting After the Cooling - off Period:
In the case of sub - letting, the deposit will be retained as a sub - letting handling fee and will not be refunded.
7. The "No Visa No Pay/No Place No Pay" Policy is Not Supported.
8. Handling of Late Payments:
A deadline for paying the booking fee will be set to re - list the room and find a new tenant.
A 5% financial charge will be added weekly for late payments.
9. Deposit Refund Time:
The deposit will be refunded via bank transfer within 30 working days after the end of the license agreement.
The final interpretation right belongs to the apartment.
