Core Principles

1. Once an Offer is accepted and the deposit is paid, the booking is confirmed. The Tenancy Agreement is a legally binding contract. After signing, tenants are responsible for the full rental period.
2. Cooling-Off Period: Tenants may cancel without penalty within 7 calendar days of booking confirmation. The full deposit will be refunded (processing may take several weeks).

Cancellation Policy Categories

1. Cancellation During Cooling-Off Period (7 days)
