1. Apartment Introduction

Waypointe is a brand - new student apartment covering an area of approximately 7,000 square feet. All units are built to high standards, exuding a trendy and modern atmosphere with comprehensive facilities. Each room is equipped with a double bed, a desk, a storage cabinet, high - speed Wi - Fi, a private bathroom, as well as a shared kitchen and lounge area. 2. Deposit and Reservation Fee Paid Before Booking

A £99 deposit can be paid at the time of reservation and later converted into a reservation fee. An additional £421 reservation fee needs to be paid when paying the rent, making a total of £520. The deposit is entrusted to a government - approved third - party agency and will be refunded according to the condition of the property after the student moves out.

3. Rent

Pay the rent in a lump sum. The total amount is the weekly rent multiplied by the number of weeks plus the £520 reservation fee. (The rent due date is August 1st.)

4. Cancellation Policy

There is a 7 - day cooling - off period starting from the confirmation of the reservation. During this period, you can cancel the reservation without liability, and the apartment will refund the reservation fee. For the 2025/2026 academic year, if your grades do not meet the requirements of the selected university, you need to provide a rejection letter from the offer. Or if your visa is rejected, you need to provide the visa rejection letter within 7 natural days of receiving it and can apply for a liability - free cancellation before July 1st.

For cancellations other than the above - mentioned situations, you need to find a new tenant. You will still be responsible for the rent until a new tenant is found. All cancellation applications are only accepted before check - in. Once you have moved in, you cannot cancel the reservation.
