Cancellation policy

1. 45 days or more before the lease starts:

You can cancel the agreement at any time, but you need to pay a reasonable management fee.

Within the last 45 days, you must find a replacement tenant to cancel the agreement. You can find one on your own or the apartment can assist (the apartment will assist only after all rooms are rented out). In both cases, an administrative fee will be charged.

If you fail to find a replacement tenant, you are still required to pay the full rent even if you haven't moved in.

2. Within 45 days after the contract comes into effect:

The contract can be cancelled only under special circumstances and only within the last 45 days before the contract start date. Please refer to the details of the contract release process.

3. Cancellation/Refund:

You should notify the apartment as soon as possible if you want to cancel the agreement.

Submit a written cancellation/refund request to the on - site team.

Refund processing usually takes 14 working days.

4. Re - booking:

If you have outstanding fees, the apartment may withdraw the accommodation offer or cancel the contract.

The final interpretation right belongs to the apartment.
