- Condition: Failure to meet the conditions of the university offer.
- Required Documentation: Official university rejection letter or proof of not meeting required grades.

No Placement No Pay
- Condition: Failure to secure a placement year position, or placement location differs from the booked city.
- Required Documentation: Proof of unsuccessful placement search or official notification of placement in a different city.
- Deadline: Application must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving the proof.

- Documentation must be sent to the designated email address. Failure to submit on time will result in a cancellation fee equivalent to the lower of: the Prepaid Rent or one week's Licence Fee.
2. Standard Cancellation Policy
Contractual Obligation
- The Licence Agreement is legally binding once signed, and you are liable for the full rent unless a valid cancellation under the special conditions is approved.
Early Termination Process
- You must contact the accommodation management team. Any potential refund is contingent upon: ✓ The timing of the cancellation. ✓ Finding a replacement tenant to take over the licence.
- Refund Condition: A refund of any remaining prepaid rent may be issued only after a new tenant is found, has completed their booking confirmation, and paid their first rental instalment.
Re-letting Fee (Applicable in England only)
- If the accommodation assists in finding a replacement tenant, a re-letting fee may be charged (specific terms available upon request).
Cancellation Policy for England
Prepayment Deduction Rules
- If you cancel after paying the Prepaid Rent and a room has been allocated: ➢ The non-refundable amount will be the lower of: the Prepaid Rent or one week's Licence Fee.
- Any remaining balance may be refunded.
Post-Agreement Commencement Liability
- Once the Licence Agreement has been signed by both parties: ➢ You remain liable for the contractual obligations, including rent payments, until a suitable replacement tenant is found.
Cancellation Policy for Scotland
Cancellation before the Licence Period Starts
- If you cancel after paying the Prepaid Rent and a room has been allocated: ➢ The Prepaid Rent is fully refundable.
Cancellation after the Licence Period Starts
- You remain liable for fulfilling the terms of the agreement, including rent payments, until a replacement tenant is found.
The accommodation provider reserves the final right of interpretation.
