Cancellation policy 一、Time Nodes and Deadlines
Cooling-off Period of 7 Days: You can cancel your reservation within 7 days after signing the tenancy agreement (for reservations made from August 1st to September 30th, the cooling-off period is 3 days).
Special Cancellations: For the "No Visa No Pay" policy, you need to submit relevant materials for cancellation before August 1st. For the "No Place No Pay" policy, you must submit materials for cancellation before August 14th.
二、 Materials to be Submitted
Cancellation within the Cooling-off Period: No materials are required. You can simply notify us directly.
No Visa No Pay: A copy of the visa rejection letter.
No Place No Pay: A copy of the university rejection letter.
Illness/Compassionate Circumstances: Relevant supporting materials.
三、 Various Amounts and Fees
Cancellation within the Cooling-off Period: Full refund with no fees.
Cancellation outside the Cooling-off Period: You are required to pay the rent until a replacement tenant is found or the end of the lease term. After the replacement tenant moves in, the overpaid rent and the deposit (after deducting cleaning/damage fees) will be refunded.
Special Cancellations (No Visa No Pay/No Place No Pay): Full refund with no penalty.
Illness/Compassionate Circumstances: It depends on the situation. You may need to pay for the accommodation up to the time of the decision. If you are granted an exemption, the deposit (after deducting relevant fees) and the overpaid rent will be refunded.
The final interpretation right belongs to the apartment.
