- Once you accept the offer and pay the deposit, the reservation is confirmed. The tenancy agreement is a legal contract. After signing, the tenant is responsible for the full - term rent.
- Cooling Off Period: You can cancel the reservation without liability within 7 days after the reservation is confirmed, and the full deposit will be refunded (the refund may take several weeks).

Handling of Special Situations
A. Medical Reasons
- Condition: You are unable to continue your studies due to a pre - declared medical problem before signing the contract.

- Responsibility: You are required to pay at least 4 weeks' rent or the current rent cycle fee (whichever is longer).
B. Sensitive/Special Cases
- Procedure: Submit a written application and supporting materials to the Special Conditions Committee.
