Application InstructionsThis policy integrates the 'General Cancellation Policy' and the 'International Student Cancellation Policy' on the apartment's official website. Please refer to the corresponding terms according to your own situation. The key time - points and liability divisions are as follows:

I. Booking Stage (Only Applicable to International Students)

Booking Confirmation Time LimitAfter the booking is submitted, the student and the guarantor need to complete the contract confirmation and prepayment of the rent (a prepayment of £250 is required in England, and there is no prepayment requirement in Scotland) within 5 days. The booking will expire if overdue. If a re - booking is required, the original room type/price cannot be guaranteed.II. Cooling - Off PeriodGeneral Rules (Applicable to All Students)

Time Limit

Within 7 days after receiving the booking completion confirmation email (separate contact with the apartment is required for the Welsh region, and the cooling - off period rules are different).

Cancellation ConditionsThe apartment key has not been collected.Operation MethodSubmit a written application/cancellation form.
LiabilityNo fees, and the deposit/prepaid rent will be fully refunded.
International Student SupplementaryThe cooling - off period rules are the same as the general policy.

If none of the above cancellation conditions are met, the entire lease term rent shall be borne after the cooling - off period ends.
