I. Scope of Application

 This cancellation policy only applies to cancellation requests made before the agreement comes into effect. All requests must be sent as written requests to the designated email address via the email used at the time of signing the agreement.

II. Cancellation Details

Cancellation before the Agreement Comes into Effect

• Regardless of how far in advance the application is made, the agreement can be cancelled.
• The deposit can be fully refunded only under the following special circumstances (written proof is required):
     
  ① The Australian visa application is rejected.
     
  ② The Australian university admission is cancelled.
     
  ③ The employment is terminated by the employer before the agreement comes into effect.
   

Special Provisions for Western Australia

• The two-week rent deposit will be used for:
     
  ✓ The cost of finding a replacement tenant.
     
  ✓ The rent loss during the period.
   
• If the apartment incurs no actual losses, the deposit can be refunded.
