1. Cancellation During Cooling-Off Period (Within 7 Days)
- Policy: A 7-day cooling-off period begins after the advance rent payment is received.
- Refund: Full refund of the advance rent payment if cancellation occurs within 7 days. All contractual obligations will be waived.
- Method: Cancellation must be requested in writing via email.
2. Cancellation After Cooling-Off Period (After 7 Days)
- Obligation: The tenant remains liable for all contractual obligations under the tenancy agreement.
- Exceptional Circumstances (Proof required):
Requirements:
- Visa/Academic Results: Supporting documentation must be submitted within 72 hours of notification. If approved, the advance rent and the first rental instalment will be refunded.
- Special Circumstances: Supporting documentation must be submitted. Approval of the cancellation request is not guaranteed and will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
- Failure to Submit Proof on Time: The advance rent payment will be forfeited, and the tenant remains liable for the full contract.
