Cancellation policy

Core Terms of the Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Conditions

    • Prohibition of Unauthorized Subletting: Subletting or sharing the apartment is prohibited without written consent (as per Clause 7.1(n) of the contract).
    • Finding a Replacement Tenant: The tenant must find a qualified student to take over the remaining lease term (a new contract needs to be signed).
    • Payment of Administrative Fees: A £50 administrative fee is required. Refunds will only be processed after the new tenant has signed the contract, made the payment, and moved in. If no replacement tenant is found, the original tenant is responsible for paying the full rent until the end of the contract.

Post - Occupancy Cancellation Process

  1. Review the Policy: Carefully read the cancellation policy on the official website to understand the details such as fees and notice periods.
  2. Contact Customer Service: Call the apartment to request cancellation.
  3. Negotiate Details: Communicate with the staff about the specific situation and clarify the relevant fees and requirements.
