- Refund: If you cancel within these 7 days, your full advance rental payment will be refunded, and you will be released from all contractual obligations.
- Method: Cancellation must be requested in writing via email.
2. Cancellation After Cooling-Off Period (After 7 Days)
- Obligation: You are generally still bound by the terms of the tenancy agreement.
- Exceptions (Supporting documentation required):
Requirements:
- Visa/Academic Results: Supporting evidence must be submitted within 72 hours of receiving the official decision. If approved, your advance rental payment and the first rental installment will be refunded.
- Exceptional Circumstances: Supporting evidence must be submitted. However, cancellation requests for these reasons are not guaranteed and will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
- Failure to Submit Evidence On Time: If evidence is not submitted within the specified timeframe, the advance rental payment will be forfeited, and you will remain liable for the contractual obligations.
3. Cancellation After Key Collection or Tenancy Start Date
- Obligation: You cannot unilaterally cancel the tenancy. You remain liable for the full rent unless a replacement tenant is found.
